Your reminders, step-by-step tasks, items, and photos are stored privately in your account. Only you can read them.
Caregivers
If you invite a caregiver by email, they can see only the list of reminders you missed. They cannot see photos, step-by-step task details, or the contents of your reminders' messages. You can remove a caregiver at any time from Caregivers.
Find My Things photos
Photos you take in Find My Things are sent to a vision AI to locate the object you asked about. They are stored in your account and never shared with caregivers or other users.
Voice prompts
Voice prompts use your device's built-in speech engine. No audio is sent to our servers.
Deleting your data
Deleting an item, reminder, or task removes it permanently. Contact support to delete your entire account.
